This policy applies to every use of the TurboDemand Service, to the content you ask us to produce, and to the Microsites we publish on your domains. Breach may lead to removal of content, pause of production, suspension, or termination under the Terms of Service or Master Subscription Agreement.

1. You must not use the Service to produce or publish content that

  • is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive, or makes claims about your products, services, prices, certifications, awards, or results that you know to be false or cannot substantiate;
  • infringes another party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or publicity or privacy rights, including by directing us to crawl or reproduce a third party's website or brand assets you are not entitled to use;
  • makes misleading comparative claims about competitors, or disparages a named competitor in a way that is untrue;
  • promotes or facilitates illegal activity, weapons, controlled substances, or gambling where prohibited;
  • is sexually explicit, or promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against a protected group;
  • provides regulated advice (medical, legal, financial, investment) presented as professional advice without the qualifications and disclaimers your jurisdiction requires;
  • is aimed at children under the age of digital consent in the visitor's jurisdiction, or collects their data;
  • contains malware, hidden text, cloaking, doorway pages, link schemes, or other conduct that violates search-engine or AI-assistant publisher guidelines and would put your domain or our platform at risk.

2. You must not use the Service to collect or send

  • personal data from Microsite visitors without a lawful basis and the notices and consent the visitor's law requires, using the consent tools we provide;
  • special-category data (health, biometric, religious, political, sexual-orientation, precise financial account data) through Microsite forms, unless we have agreed in writing;
  • unsolicited commercial email in breach of CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, India's TRAI regulations, or any other anti-spam law. Outreach email sent from the Service is sent from a mailbox you connect, as you, and you are the sender of record and responsible for opt-outs, suppression, and sending limits;
  • data to integration destinations (CRM, Zapier, webhooks, Slack) that you are not entitled to send it to.

3. You must not

  • share credentials, exceed purchased seats, or let unauthorised persons access your organisation;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or our hosting, or interfere with its operation, without our written permission (report security issues to security@turbodemand.com);
  • scrape or bulk-extract our prompts, templates, or other clients' content; attempt cross-tenant access; or use the Service to build a competing product;
  • use bring-your-own LLM keys in breach of the key provider's terms, or ask the Service to circumvent an LLM provider's usage policies;
  • point a Client Domain, deploy target, DNS delegation, or Cloudflare configuration at us that you do not control, or misrepresent your authority over a domain;
  • resell the Service or represent Generated Content as produced by a third party when a contract requires disclosure of AI assistance;
  • circumvent usage caps, rate limits, entitlements, or billing.

4. Our rights

We may review content and configuration for compliance with this policy, remove or unpublish content that violates it, pause production, and suspend or terminate an organisation for material or repeated breach. Where practicable we will notify you and give you a chance to cure. We may report unlawful conduct to authorities. We are not obliged to monitor content, and Client remains the publisher of the Microsite.

5. Reporting

Report abuse or content concerns to abuse@turbodemand.com. Report suspected security vulnerabilities to security@turbodemand.com; we will acknowledge within [2] business days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version with an effective date and notifying client administrators of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
